When will my order arrive?: (For Domestic orders only) Processing and delivery takes up to 3-5 business days. 

All International orders: Processing and delivery can take up to 4-8 business days.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?: If your order arrives damaged please contact us at stayfly@flyscollection.com with "Damages" in the subject line and pictures of your order within 48hrs of when you received your package so that we can help.

Can I have a refund or exchange for something else?:

Our items are handcrafted and are made to order. Sorry to say that exchanges and refunds are not available.

My skin is breaking out. What's going on?: If your skin is having a serve reaction, stop use immediately. For allergy concerns, please patch test our products first before beginning full/daily usage.

Please tell me your ingredients are skin safe. : Yes. Our ingredients are carefully selected and tested before shipping our product out. Our products are not test on animals and are formulated with natural, non-toxic ingredients and 100% organic.
